Tenmat’s range of high-temperature resistance Millboards provide a safe alternative to traditional refractory ceramic fiber (RCF) and asbestos-based materials.

Designed for use in high-temperature environments, Tenmat’s high-performance insulation materials are regularly used in safety and critical process applications such as high temperature conveyor rollers, gaskets for molten metal and hot gases, backup insulation in ladles and furnaces, and sacrificial liners in casting processes.

Wet-laid, clay-bonded, inorganic mineral fiber boards are supplied in either 40″ x 40″ or 1000mm x 1000mm square sheets, with standard thickness options ranging from 1/16″ (1.5mm) to 1/2″ (12mm). Larger sheets available on demand. All FIREFLY grades provide outstanding high-temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, making them highly effective for demanding thermal insulation applications.
